Hi,
We have a Cisco2811 with NM-16ESW with PPWR-DCARD-16ESW, the card is working fine with PCs and Servers connected to it, however when we connect the IP Phone, it is unable to powerup the IP Phone. Is there any specific configuration to enable the PoE feature on the NM-16ESWP Module.
Any help in this regard is appreciated...

Is this happening with all the IP Phones? What IP Phones are you having?
Check the "show power inline" output.

Hi Team,
I believe the NM-16ESW with PPWR-DCARD-16ESW requires and additional Power Supply PPWR-PS-360W on the Cisco 2800/3800 Series Router to Power up the IP Phones.
Request any of the product experts to confirm the same.
We are unable to Powerup the IP Phones on the 2800 with the NM-16ESW and the PPWR-DCARD-16ESW.

Do "show env" and you will see if you have the PoE PS. It fits inside the roouter as an upgrade instead of the standard one.
