IP Phones Registration Rejected after Upgrading to CME 9.0

Dears

I have Cisco 2911 running CME

it was working fine

total number of phones are 15

max-ephone configured is 58

max-dn configured is 300

it was running ios version 15.0

I upgraded to 15.2(2T) to run CME 9.0

when I reload the router, my IP Phones did not register & showing REGISERATION REJECTED (MAX PHONE EXCEEDED) message

I upgraded the IP Phones firmware to version 9.x which is supported by CME 9.0

any advice please

You have to accept EULA and reload.

There are many threads on the subject if you could take the time to search before asking.

Even after re-entering the max-ephone command, still having the same issue... any other potential fixes, on a non-demo, full production unit that has been used for years?
