IP telephone fax line can't send but can receive

We use cisco voice gateway and ip phone, we can receive fax locally but can't send fax locally, there is no error message, how to resolve it? thanks

Hi Peter,

Kindly provide me the complete Call Flow for this type of calls. E.g.: FAX Machine -- 2911 Voice GATEWAY -- SIP -- CUCM -- SIP -- Gateway 2 -- PRI.

Once the call flow is provided please also provide the show runn of the gateways involved so that I can check the FAX configurations.

Lastly please make sure no MTP, transcoder or any kind of media resource involved within the FAX call as that could be the cause for failure.

Also confirm if the audio call is working on the same numbers.
