IP Telephony 7921

Hello,

I bought wireless ip phones 7921 (CP-7921G-A-K9), and we didn't included the spare of the battery CP-BATT-7921G-STD=. The configurator tool don't ask for a battery. So the telephony won't work if i don't buy this spare? Is there another way to the telephone wor?

This has burned me before.  Yes, I believe when you configure a 7921 it does not include the battery.  You have to add it to your BOM manually.  The phone will not work without the battery.

Also, don't forget to include a charging base if you want one.
