While performing DRill test we observed that while transtions from Primary to subscriber was smooth, all phones registered to the subscriber without any issue but we are not able to receive incomning PSTN calls outgoing is working fine. I have checked the Route group and Route List they containg both SUB-PUB. The route also shows connected to SUB when PUB is down but stiil we cannot receive calls from outside. Am i missing something.It would be very useful if someonr could guide me to resolve this issue. We are using only a single SIP trunk in THe Route group and there are no Dial peers configured on the Voice router.
