all active IPCC calls geting disconnected suddenly and all agents logged out automatically from CAD. Everybody again logged-In and able to get the calls..what might be the reason...

Did you check the loggin on the switch directly connected to the UCCX server , it happened with me one time that i have missed config the switch with the speed and duplex and it causes a error that the server looses comunication
