I am reading the SRND, some posts on netpro and CCE sizing tool but I am bit confusing. The first of all is whether could I deploy Progger server (router,logger and PG) with IP-IVR and AW Reporting in only one MCS server in a production environment, so that I would have all what I need in only one server.
The other question is what is the difference between CCE and ICM? I thought that ICM was a component of CCE but I have read (or that I think!!!!) that ICM could work alone and integrating with third party systems
