IPCC PROMPT VOLUME

I'm currently using IPCC Express 7.0(1) Enhanced version.

I've noticed that when uploading prompts and play them through any application their volume is reduced. Is there a way within the IPCC where we can increase the volume of the prompts just a little bit?

Hello Zaid,

There is no parameter in UCCX doing this as far as I know, you have to use WAV editor program & modify your WAVs then upload it again.
