The customer has 2 E1 ports in HQ and an IPCC system and want to reserve 15 channels from the first E1 to be always available for IPCC inbound and outbound...is it possible...and if so what should be the GW type "MGCP, H323" and configuration required.

The telecom "and not in my country I think " can do it for inbound calls...what about outboud calls??

I think for out going calls it is easy, while 15 channels = 1 voice port so you can control this voice port through the dial-peer
but how you will manage the incoming calls
