Hi!
I have an IPMA Assistant that his not being able to see her manager call details. It shows up an question mark beside the call details manager phone.
The phone is ok, and connected. I have tried using the console on another computer and the problem pressisted. I then tried using another assistant, and the problem continued.
Please Help!!!!!

I solved it by deleting and re create manager and assistant configuration!

You created the users again, or just reconfigured the IPMA of the users?
