hi all,
i'm configured IPMA with proxy line to a manager and his assistant, but the problème is when someone call a manager the call is not routed to assistant automaticaly, the manager phone ring 3 or 4 time and then the call is routed to assistant.
i want that the call be routed directly to assistant, how can i do that.

It looks like a partition problem also look at the CTI RP intercept is the manager DN in that CTI range. Have you check the CFNA setting on the manager as well ?
