IPVC-3527-GW1P Videoconferencing Gateway

Hello,

I'm trying to do some initial setup on this Gateway unit, but I'm unable to get the Administrative web interface to come up. I set the IP address and I'm able to ping the unit from a directly connected PC.

It seems like a simple problem, but I'm wondering if I'm missing something.

I'm on the 10.0.0.0 network, very simple setup, PC to Gateway unit via Ethernet, connectivity is good.

Is there some kind of browser requirement? I've tried a couple of different PC's, no luck.

Hi,

What is the IP/Mask on both VC and Laptop? Also, you should use http://vc-ip to access it.

I'm in now, played around a little more.

On the VC;

10.0.0.10/255.255.255.0

On the PC

10.0.0.20/255/255/255.0
