Is caller ID, Name possible for outbound calls to public?

A little background on my environment.

CUCM 11.5.2

Cisco ISR 4331 Voice gateway connected to 30 or so Spectrum SIP trunks.

We had DID phone numbers for our phones that can be direct dialed.  When we make outbound calls, the outbound call shows the DID phone number on the phones using the External Phone number Mask in the Directory number field.

We have a separate company that rents office space.  I have their phone mask set to their published phone number.  When they make calls outbound it will show their published phone number instead of the DID phone numbers assigned to the phones.

Are we able to add a name to outbound calls as well?  So when they call the call will show My Company 212-567-9745 instead of just the number and if this other company, who rents space, calls that their name would show up instead of ours?

Ask your Telco. I have AT&T BVOIP SIP trunks, and they set the outbound Calling Name (CNAME) on their switch. I have asked them, but they do not allow me to send a custom Calling Name.

For external calls, you need to check the same with TELCO.
