Is it possible to block incoming calls from certain telephone number in Call Manager? Thanks.

It has to be done in the GW and you need H323, NO WAY with MGCP.

If you're using an H.323 gateway, you can block calls based on calling number. See the following link. This is not possible with an MGCP gateway.
