Is it possible to create a Softkey or speeddial to forward spam calls to a particular extension?

One of our DIDs has landed on a robo caller call list and it is understandably annoying some of our agents getting all the spam calls. Is it possible to set up a softkey or some sore of speeddial that would forward the incoming call to a given extension? Based on the caller ID some calls are obvious spam calls and I would like to provide a button to our agents so they don't have to answer the call. I have been researching softkeys and speed dials but not really coming up with an answer. Is this something that requires advanced programming?

You cannot just create a new softkey, you can only work with the ones that are available in each call state.

A speed dial you can create, but it's simply a speed dial, you would need to pick up the call, then transfer, speed dial, then transfer.

iDivert sends calls to voicemail once you press it, if you don't use voicemail, you could create a fake pilot and send them somewhere else.

If you use H.323 or SIP you can create dial-peers to block or re-direct those calls.
