Is it possible to have some incoming calls not be recorded in CDR?

                  Hi There,

CUCM 8.0(3) with PRI (MGCP), UCCE 8.0(3).

The customer wants to block some incoming call's CLID displayed on the agent ip phone, CAD, and CDR.

We tested with some translation pattern for incoming queue calls, the CLID can be not displayed on agent ip phones, but those CLIDs are still displayed on CAD as well as recorded in CDR.

How can we make this CLID:

(1) not be recorded in CDR?

(2) not displayed in CAD?

Hi,

AFAIK there's no way to exclude or prevent calls from showing on CDR files. These files will gather details from all calls. Probably with a 3rd party billing system you could configure something to exclude those calls, but you'll need to check it with the vendor.
