CUCM 8.0(3) with PRI (MGCP), UCCE 8.0(3).
The customer wants to block some incoming call's CLID displayed on the agent ip phone, CAD, and CDR.
We tested with some translation pattern for incoming queue calls, the CLID can be not displayed on agent ip phones, but those CLIDs are still displayed on CAD as well as recorded in CDR.
How can we make this CLID:
(1) not be recorded in CDR?
(2) not displayed in CAD?
