Hi,
We have Cisco 7940 phones, we want to see if we can record call to a one of these device.
We have Cisco Unified Communication Manager System version 11.5 installed and in the 7940 phone configuration page we can see the Built In Bridge but we couldn't find the Recording Profile of the phone anywhere in the configuration.
Is there any other option that we can use this with Cisco Unified Communication Manager System version 11.5 and to record the calls? or is there any document saying that it is not possible to record calls using this phone.
