IS RAM of MCS-7825I5 compatible with MCS-7825I3 and 7825I4

Hi Team

I need to know whether the RAM of MCS-7825I5 is compatible with 7825I3/I4. I cant order 7825I3 or I4 Ram from cisco. I only have the option of I5 for 2GB RAM. Can anyone please help me in understanding if this is compatible ?

From the data sheets

7825-I3
PC2-5300 667-MHz DDR2 synchronous dynamic RAM (SDRAM)

7825-I4
2-GB (two 1-GB) PC2-5300 Error Checking and Correction (ECC) double-data-rate 2 (DDR2)

7825-I5
4-GB (two 2-GB DIMMs) dual-rank PC3-10600R-999 1333 MHz, fully buffered double data rate 3 (DDR3) registered DIMM (RDIMM)

Therefore you can use the same memory between I3 & I4 as they are DDR2 but NOT I5 which uses DDR3
