I am wondering if there was some report or some way to see what phones have what services on them? Phone move around quite a it in my environment and am I afraid a Panic button service, customized for a certain area, may have left that particular place. So I would like to get a list of all my phones and the services that are on each particular phone.
Any suggestions would be great.
Thanks

You may be able to get that information using the Bulk Admin tool phone report. Personally, I use a query method. A simple example is provided here:

You could tweak the sample query and add a "where clause" to focus just on your "Panic button" service.
