My customer has many iphone 4 and he plans to upgrade his cm.

His main question is: Do they plan to implement factime application ?

Get in touch with your AM and they will also help you in order to submit a PER.

You can ask it for Christmas, but Santa Cisco probably has a huge backlog of PERs.

Most likely you won't be the only one to ask for this in the near future.

If you can present a good business case that can help.
