Does anyone knows if there is any alternative to extension mobility for phones cp-3905?

A customer wants to know when someone is available on the phone while on the office is there any option for that ?

3905 doesn't support Extension Mobility. So you can replicate the EM behavior ...This was meant to be a basic end point deployed in common areas like lobbies etc. or with light use ..

It can not replicate EM but it can still serve as a hot desk or common area phone...not sure what exactly your requirements are though...

The main idea in this request is the cost to sell a solution to the customer.

Customer demands to know when a user is on his desk by loggin on the phone so this is why I asked that.
