You can look at the serviceability reports which show historical reports for CPU usage, etc. These are available under serviceability page on CUCM.

Hi Oak,

If you want to look at CPU usage for some specific time frame in the past then you can collect the RisDC Perfmon logs for the required duration from that server using Real Time Monitoring Tool and then open them with Perfmon tool of your PC and get the CPU / memory usage for all the processes for that time frame.
