Hi all,
I am trying to disable the call history from popping up on the screen everytime someone picks up a handset or presses the speaker phone (8961 model). The users are extremely picky and hate this functionality of the phones. I don't want to disable the funtion for every phone is the organization just specific phones. Any help would be greatly appretiated. Thank you.

The closest thing I know of is the "log missed calls" checkbox on the line configuration page, but that wouldn't clear all numbers displayed when you go off hook.

I have this exact question 4 years later with 2, 8961 Phones. Anyone know how to disable the call history anytime the phone goes off hook or new call?
