We are facing problem with ISD calling, hen someone dials the ISD number it hit on VGW able to hear rings but then call drop..even if the dialing number is any call center number then also we hear 7-8 dialing tone & then call drop

can you share the call flow? Let me know if this issue is for Inbound calls or outbound?

Hello Prashant,
We are facing issue for outgoing ISD calls only other outgoing local & National calls are working fine ...able to receive all calls no issue for incoming calls...
We are having CUCM 11.5 & VGW ...SIP Trunk is created in between ...
I am attaching Debug & sh run configuration...when we dial ISD number we are getting reng back tone after 7-8 ringback tone call cuts ...even we dial the International IVR number where e are hear ring back tone & not IVR prompt

Hi Vijay,
In your GW debug i see there are 4 outgoing calls to your ISP, can you confirm which call we are having issue with 3rd or 4th. They all have their own and different disconnect cause codes.
