Hi, We have had a problem where an outbound call from our call manager via a H323 VGW ended but the B channel remained active and call charges were run up. The call remained active for days. Can anyone advise please - is there a command I can use on the H323 Gateways ensure this does not happen again. I would have expected the Telecoms provider to pickup on this and drop the channel or contact us.
Any advice greatfully received.
