ISDN flapping

In My voice gateway, i am observing flapping in isdn in only few seconds, i checked with Service provider they informed me to set threshold to ignore that flapping. can anyone helpme out.

I wouldn't change the threshold. I would make the service provider correct the issue. Just had the same issue with CenturyLink and after several service calls they found the issue. They just do not want to devote any time to the issue if they consider it minor. My concern is that if it happens to be a failing part causing the issue it will only get worse with time not better, at which point you will lose service and invariably it will be at the worst possible time to have a phone down or network down issue.
