isdn incoming don't work (bri connection) uc500

Hello,

i have a probleme with my uc500

we have a contract with belgacom for 20 numbers public phone.

we have connect the "box" off belgacom on 2 port bri 0/1/0 and bri 0/1/1.

the problem is :

- all call in icoming is impossible. when i call (with my smartphone) on ons numbers belgacom, the comunication is close directly 

informations : 

-all téképhone cisco are ok

-all call in outgoing are ok

-all call in intra are ok

i send my config.

So you mean to say all outgoing calls work but the incoming calls are failing. Do you see the incoming calls hitting the gateway if you enable any debugs like "debug ccsip messages" and "debug voice ccapi inout". If the incoming call hits this UC500 then you should capture the debugs and post here with the calling and called party details, if the call does not even reach the UC500 then you should speak with your Telco/Provider.

it's exacly.

all outgoing calls work and all incoming calls are faling.

i have launch a debug. my call come on the uc500 but i think the call is not redirect on the ip-phone.

the problem come on the translation route on bri interfaces ?

Could you please provide debug output (isdn and ccapi) with calling and called party info

it's the isdn debug when i call a number on my uc 500.

th call come on my uc but after...
