Following is the status of isdn interface.

Inhwa-HQ-UC560#show interfaces serial 0/3/0:15

This is down.what could be the cause?

Hi,

It look like a physical problem...maybe the cable is damaged or at the other side the T1 is down.

Hi,

It look like a physical problem...maybe the cable is damaged or at the other side the T1 is down.

The problem was the isdn cable was disconnected.
