Guys,
Situation
R1 ----> PSTN -------R2 (SRST)
When a phone 4001 from site R1 calls Site R2(SRST) phone 5001, when no one answers the phone goes to R1 (4001) voicemail Unity Connection instead of R2 phone (5001) voice mail
I have gone through the web and the support forum and everyone suggesting is use the isdn outgoing ie redirect-number on R2. I have tried that and still it is not working. My routers are running version 15.1 so dont think it is a bug as suggested in some posts.
I have seen this working but not able to get it working in my lab. What am I missing or doing wrong here ? Below are my configs from the router

You need to change how unity connection select mailboxes. The default is that it uses first redirecting number (which is 4001)..What you want is to change it to last redirecting number..
To change the setting login to unity connection admin...then scroll down to
Advanced>conversations>
Use Last (Rather than First) Redirecting Number for Routing Incoming Call (you need to tick the box)

Hi there,
I have changed the settings as per your instructions. The only difference now i can see on R1 phone that the voicemail number is changed to 5001 and that is correct but it still goes to voice mail of R1 and not R2. Any more suggestions pls.

Are you using CUCM? If you are, check the call routing information..inbound calls..tick the box Redirecting Number IE Delivery - Inbound
Test again

HI there,
Yes I am using CUCM and Redirecting Number IE Delivery Inbound and outbound is already ticked.
