ISM-SRE-300-K9 Licensing

Hello i received an ISM-SRE-300-K9 but the module didnt came with CUE 8.6 installed, i installed the CUE but how  ill licensing the CUE?

I have to send an email an open a case on the Cisco Licensing?

You can only ask Cisco Licensing for the port licenses that are to be included with the product according to documentation.

However, all the mbox licenses are be purchased.

In both cases, you can enable temporary licenses while waiting for permanent ones.

As Paolo (+5) says you need to purchase licenses as the ISM-SRE-300-K9 doesn't include anything by default.

Licenses are:

FL-CUE-PORT-2

Unity Express License - 2 Port

FL-CUE-MBX-5

Unity Express License - 5 Mailbox - CUCM and CUCME

The older modules (AIM-CUE and NMx-CUE) used to include a base Unity Express license which was included within the price of the module. The new modules don't come with any licenses.

I see that i can activate a temporary license.

I send an email to Cisco License with the output of the show license udi and now i waiting a answer from them.

Actually, even the newer modules do include Default Voice Ports Licenses, according to the release notes:

It happened to me and on contacting Cisco Licensing, they issued the corresponding permanent voice port licenses.

Hello guys i open a case on Cisco License, and pass the SO with licenses we bought, them send me the pak i downloaded and installed the licenses on CUE, everything is fine now, the temporary licenses are disable now.
