We have two (2) ISR 4321 connected to the ISP via SIP, we are getting disconnect and the only way to fix the issue is to restart the Interface.
We get the following issue.

Hi,
Can you describe you issue with more details?
Which type of call is not working? Inbound or outbound from the PSTN?
Both routers are connected to the same ITSP?

Hello,
The call that are not working are both In and outbound calls.
Yes we have the two (2) routers connected to the same ISP device. We first had all in one router (with subinterfaces) and to check we added a second router.
In the interfaces I see this output
0 output errors, 0 collisions, 8 interface resets
0 unknown protocol drops
0 babbles, 0 late collision, 0 deferred
7 lost carrier, 0 no carrier, 0 pause output
0 output buffer failures, 0 output buffers swapped out
We changed the all the cables.
Thanks.

The ITSP already check their device?
Is there something missing at the configuration? The ITSP pass to you all the configurations necessary to establish the SIP Trunk?
The typical scenario is a SIP Contact field is present, but format is bad.

Try to make an inbound and an outbound call.
Collect the debug ccsip messages

Hi,
I was looking at your debugs output and i saw that CUCM is sending a re-invite do the voice gateway.
I trying to understand if is something related with SIP RE-invites
Please make this configuration at your gateway and run some tests again
voice service voip
sip
midcall-signaling passthru media-change
Other important thing enable the toll fraud feature and ACLs to block undesired traffic at your router because you are pointing to a public IP Address of the SIP Proxy.

That re-invite is 12 seconds after the call connected, maybe put on hold?
IMO if you're getting input errors and interface resets there's some low level problem, get everything up to and including L3 working perfectly before worrying about SIP.
