Syslog is a general IOS XE feature; its capabilities or configuration are not unique to CUBE. I have not attempted this but search results turned up a Reliable Delivery and Filtering for Syslog chapter in the System Management Configuration Guide - which makes sense since TLS is over TCP and therefore “reliable transport”. The logging host command reference also shows TLS parameters such as trustpoint and cipher suite.
