I have two system for IP telephony one is for Global Corporative and other for a local office
* CME with DN from 4120 to 4160
* CUCM with DN from 1200 to 5999 (including 4120 to 4160)
When I call/fwd_call from my ext num (4127) to a coworker in the same office (4155) sometimes the call goes well to my coworker but in some cases, the call goes to the ext 4155 in the CUCM to another user.
The way to dial is just 4 digits ext number, I know that if the Ext doesn't exist on one system that calls should be fwd to the second system.
I checked the logs in CME VG without founded nothing wrong or at least what I know there is nothing wrong.
what should I look into it to find what happened when the calls go to CUCM instead of CME?
is there a way to trace a call like this?
what can I do to avoid this kind of issues?
