Issue Connecting CUE to CME

I'm having an issue when I try to connect my CUE (8.5.1) to CME

(8.5). When I try to run the Initial Configuration Wizard and I am asked for the Web User Name and Password it's not being accepted by the CUE. Does anyone have any idea as to why this is? I have my web system admin account setup in CME and I have verified the username and password. I am running the voicemail module as a Cisco Unity Express.
Any thoughts?

Hello Paul,

what command you used for CME web admin in telephony-service? Did you used the "web admin system name cmeadmin password cisco" ?

Also the bellow config are important:

ip http server
ip http authentication local
no ip http secure-server
ip http path flash:/GUI

I did a no ip http path then reapplied it and everything started working. Go figure :)
