Hi

You are trying to conduct an ad-hoc conference ? The Max call and busy trigger values will only allow two calls you will need to raise the values. The below values determine how many calls can be placed on hold or how many call waiting will be available.

I have not done my home work on all the details of this model but it should be able to go up to 6 calls

You need to configure hardware conference as well otherwise by default you will be able to do 3 party conference only.

Saying something doesn't work, without a proper explanation of the behavior, and what you have configured is futile. For a conferencing problem, the phone config is the least important part of this, how the conferencing is configured, is what needs to be reviewed.

ad-hoc?? meet-me??

Have you properly configured conferencing on CME?? The CME config guide has all the requirements, depending on what you're using, SW or HW.

We are using CME 11.5 on Cisco 2951/K9

as per the cisco Docs e configured "Three-Party Ad Hoc Conferencing"

below is what we configured on CME ..& SCCP Phone configuration is already shared..

is this will be enough...& still it is not working how can we troubleshoot on this .
