Issue forwarding call

Hi all,

i wonder if anyone ever had same issue: when I set a forward all on a Cisco phone to my mobile, all incoming calls are correctly forwarded , but the line hangs up after 4 seconds . Any suggestion or advice is appreciated

i debugged the call during the forwarding, but found no error , the call was correctly routed

Can you share the output of 'debug isd q931' and 'debug voice ccapi all' during the call?

Seems that your telco is disconnecting the transfer call leg. Now you calling number format is wrong when initiating the transfer call (TON: unknown and calling number:111. This doesn't look correct).

Start with correcting this. Also, make sure that your bearer-cap speech is applied to all your voice-ports. I see the ISDN setup message is sent with capability as 3100Hz

Thanks Mohamed, but why the call is correctly routed , and the call last only 4seconds? In these few seconds both parties can hear each other before the call ends
