Hi All,
Im trying to login to EM with CIPC from remote but im not able to login. Initially I didnt get the extension mobility option in CIPC and I changed service provisioning from internal to both in enterprise parameter. Later I got the EM option but if select EM its giving me the blank screen. I have attached the screen shots for the same. Please provide your suggestion. Thanks in advance.
Thanks

If other phones work besides CIPC and you're on call manager 8.x, check out this bug http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCtx18810.
CIPC doesn't support secure URLs so in order to get CIPC working you would have to create a new EM phone service where you copy the non-secure service URL into the secure-URL field. For some reason CIPC looks at the secure-URL field even though it doesn't support it, so that's a workaround to get it to work.
If all phones are not working check out this bug CSCtx59395.

Hi Joe,
Thanks for the information, yes you are right all the physical phones are working fine but not the CIPC. Let me make the change on the CUCM and let you know the status. Thanks again.
