I am able to received call from IP phone registered to Unify IP phone ,But I am getting Fast Busy tone while calling from Cisco IP Phone to other IP phone registered on Unify IP phone.

I would suggest to login to RTMT and check the SIP Messages you get from the logs:
RTMT-System-Trace&Log Central-View Real-Time-Data:
Category: UCM
Services: Call Manager
Trace File type:Call Logs
Please post this logs to check where you get the error. Worth restarting the SIP trunk between the 2 servers and also check the route pattern on the CUCM, the following link may be helpful:
