Issue when 8851 cant register to CME version 11.7

Hmm. i have a issue when IP phone 8851 cant register to CME. Can u have me ? This is my config from router 4331 and capture screen on IP phone. Please help me check this.

CME version 11.7 and firmware 8851 is sip88xx.12-0-1-11. I had tried load firmware sip88xx.11-7-1-17.loads but not working. Please help me check
