Hi All,
We are having issues with 7962 phones & 7915 Side cars. Issues seems to be intermittent, while receiving incoming calls, if the customer tries to place the calls on Hold or Transfer, calls gets transferred successfully but Side car goes through reboot right after it.
It's not just one phone, we have multiple phones reporting it. we have tried reset, reboot , factory reset and replacement of Side car. problem still persists.
Version of CUCM : 10.5.2.14067-1
Phone type 7692 , Side Car - 7915

Upgrade to the latest firmware.

This is due to a known defect CSCuu49765 which is fixed in firmware version 9.4.2. ES11. You may reach out to Cisco TAC to obtain the latest ES for SCCP firmware 9.4.2 which has this defect fixed in it.
