Hi,
I´ve a CCM cluster 5.1 integrated with Genesys T-Server and GVP working ok, but there is an issue in this case:
1.- The call arrives from GW directly to route point (0010) controlled by T-Server
2.- When the agent receives the call, and make a transfer to 0019, which is a route pattern pointing to GW, and on GW 0019 is a dial peer pointing to GVP with SIP.
3.- GVP receives that call, and when the caller use an option that makes a transfer to 0012 which is another Route Point controlled by T-Server, the call established but it gets one way audio on the caller.
I´ve tried using a GW between the GVP and the 0012,but I get the same issue.
So there is a way to correct this? I cannot change more parameters on Route Point configuration, I think is a problem on the call control of the Genesys servers.
Please let me know.

Hi,
In my case the Genesys engineers decided to not use that config, because there is no formal documentation that indicates that is allowed or supported.
