Issue with cucm voicemail

I have setup CUCM and unity to have voicemail, I can ring an extension and leave a message, the  message light then comes on on that phone but when I dial the voicemail I enter the pin and then each time it asks me to setup a greeting?

I cannot get to my messages, I have been through the greeting process but yet it still asks when I dial the voicemail

What have I setup wrong? Or do I have to dial another number for my voicemail?

The extension is 5600 for my voicemail

I've seen this, when setting up the voicemail, at the end it says You are Finished. At that point the setup is saved. If you don't get Finished, it will not think setup is not complete.

there is a tick box in CUCX that saying something like "go through initial voicemail setup" (off the top of my head). untick it ans see what happens
