A user is facing issue with during Conference call.
when more than 4 numbers is joined into a single call and one of those numbers is an external number, the original called is kicked off when joining the 4th participand, leaving behind the conference call running without him. Kindly suggest for solution.
Is this on CUCM or CME? If CME, what do you have for maximum participants under telephony-service. If CUCM, there is a service parameter that defines the maximum number of participants.
