Issue with Hunt Pilot's alerting name/number

Hi All,

I have an issue with Hunt Pilot's alerting name/number on calling phone. Let me brief out:

Hunt Pilot - 3000

Line Group of Hunt Pilot 3000 have 4 in total

- 1001

- 1002

- 1003

- 1004

When i make call from other internal number (1010) to 3000, the alerting name shows on my phone is 3000 and not the line group number (100x) which are currently ringging. Is there any posibility that if i call from 1010 to 3000, the alerting name that shows on my phone is LG Number (100x) which is ringging at that time.

I guess you are using CUCM 8 or newer.¨

I think you running into a change cisco has made on Hunt signaling:

You will find a "Service parameter": "Display Hunt Pilot Name or DN for Hunt Group Calls When Alerting" which you can set to false.

Goto System->"Service Parameters"-> "Cisco Callmanager" -> Click on "Advanced" -> "Display Hunt Pilot Name or DN for Hunt Group Calls When Alerting"

No luck... have tested after changed the service parameter still no luck.
