Issue with shared lines..

I have a really interesting issue with shared lines on a UCM 7.1.5-3000 cluster.  There are 7960 phones that share 5 lines for incomming calls to a service department.  During normal opperations calls come in and hunt down through the 6 lines until they are answered.  I am trying to add a 7th phone to this group.  As soon as I build the phone calls coming in ring the first line on all the phones, but any other calls only ring on the new phone.  It makes no sense at all and I can find no info or limitations on shaed lines that applies to this.

Has anyone else ever seen anything like this?  If so how did you fix it?
