Hello Amer,

Could you check below things and let us know

1. Are the phones able to get IP address and tftp server from DHCP? Check under phone setting or on switch using "show cdp neighbour detail"

2. What is the current firmware version on IP phones? you can check under settings

3. run below debug and power reset a phone. Wait for few minutes and check if you see any activity in the logs. Share the log if you see tftp events and MAC of phone which was reset.

debug tftp events

debug ccsip message

first of all Thanks for the response

One more thing when i try to access the settings : it give me XML parser Error 401

thanks again

You can try to perform factory reset on one of the phones with issue. These are brand new phones or they were used before with another CUCM/CME before?

dear mohit

The CME and the Phones brand new and the phones work just fine before trying to register it to the CME, the moment you try to register it keeps displaying "registering" and when trying to access the setting the message " xml parser error" appears, and i tried to register more than 1 phone and the problem keeps showing up on every phone am trying to register

thanks

hi

were you able to solve this?

Henrique, are you having the same issue? Let me know and i can possibly tell you things to check.

worked with TAC to fix this Parse Error issue.

voice service voip
no ip address trusted authenticate
allow-connections h323 to h323
allow-connections h323 to sip
allow-connections sip to h323
allow-connections sip to sip
no supplementary-service sip refer
fax protocol pass-through g711ulaw
h323
sip
bind control source-interface GigabitEthernet0/0
bind media source-interface GigabitEthernet0/0
registrar server expires max 600 min 60
!

under the logout profile and register pool it is necessary to add the username/user and pw command.

Upgraded 7811 to the latest firmware available.

thanks !

Henrique
