Issue with two diferent type of Softphone like CIPCC and SKype Client : Ring tone issue

Hello Team,

 

Recently, i configured on CIPCC on one of the users laptop and it is working fine, On his laptop, Two softphones are confiugred like CIPCC and Skype Client, When he dialing skyep to Skype, then We are also able to hear the CISCO RING tone and after some time call is getting disconnect. 

When we are making call from Cisco Phone to anywhere no issue is observed. Will you please help me to understand the issue is persisting during from Skype to Skype.

 

Also snapshot is attached herewith for your reference.

The prompt response would be highly appreciated.

Can you describe first how you have configured the intergration between the CUCM and S4B. It looks like there is some kind of overlaping on your dial-plan between the two systems.

 

Please correct me, I dont see any snapshot.
