Issue with Video calls with CME and Call manager connected by H.323

Hi team,

I have integrated the CME with our Call manager using H.323. I have verified that the audio calls between phones registered to CME and those registered to CUCM are working fine. I have configured the required commands for the video (VTA) to work. Also, the video window is popping up once the call is established, but no video is being displayed. Could you please help me in fixing this issue? I can confirm that the cameras/VTA everything is working fine for all these phones.

Here is the configuration I have done on CME for video:

voice service voip

h323

call start slow

telephony-service

video

maximum bit-rate 256

service phone videoCapability 1

ephone 2

video

mac-address 0022.191D.02C0

type CIPC

button 1:113

When I do a “show call active video” on the CME, I get:

VIDEO:

H320CallType=None

VideoTransmitCodec=None

VideoReceiveCodec=H264

VideoCap_Codec=H264

VideoCap_Format=NONE

VideoUsedBandwidth=1920

Is this problem with the codec mismatch? If so what should I do to fix it?

I have question like this.

configuration I have done on CME 7.1 for video looks like the same:

voice service voip

allow-connections h323 to h323

fax protocol t38 nse ls-redundancy 0 hs-redundancy 0 fallback pass-through g711alaw

  h245 passthru all

but

no video icon  on ip phones 7962 and 7965

and Video Advantage is not coonected to any phone

  WORD  enter the phone xml file parameter NAME without <> brackets.

it says there must be  xml file ?

pc is in switchport of ip phone

i did not load tftp loads for phones

System image file is "flash:c2800nm-adventerprisek9-mz.124-24.T1.bin"

sorry. I found answer.

Once the commands are configured, the create profile

command is required to have the phones provision file update with new configuration.
