There is no calling party info in the debug. If it is an incoming call from your Telco then you need to talk to them.

Hi Neba,

Can you check a couple of things on the gateway / PRI config on CUCM page :

1. CSS for Incoming calls should have access to the phones

2. 'Significant digits' should be the same as the number of digits in the extension being called, like if your internal extensions are 4 digits then it should be 4.

If you make any changes then reset the MGCP ports on cucm and do a no mgcp / mgcp on gateway and test again.

Hi Manish,

The significant digit i have selected is "all"

The voice i get is the number am trying to dial is not correct

and trying to reach 222510208

Can you share debug isdn q931 for incoming call on GW

Something strange

i don't have logs when  calling the number

3900series#debug isdn q931
debug isdn q931 is              ON.
3900series#

add terminal monitor command so that  you can see logs

Make a test incoming call

I did but can't see those for incoming calls

but i can see those for outgoing calls

Open ticket with service provider, n

hmmmmmmmmmmmmm ok

so you mean is like they have blocked incoming calls at their end towards this E1

Ok good good

is working now perfectly

but the incoming calls don't show the number

it shows but unknown number. is it at my end or i have still contact the provider?

Yes, Please make sure your SP has enabled the Caller ID for your PRI or FXO lines. If they say it's enabled and you still don't see it then run Debug on Gateway to see if you can see number in there.

Here is what i have from the debug isdn q931
